Eligibility
- Registration / Participation fees are non-refundable once a user successfully completes payment and gains access to the service or event slot.
- If an event is cancelled by Swasthik Enterprises, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Duplicate payments made in error will be refunded after verification.
- Network or device issues during performance/usage (e.g., poor connectivity, app timeouts, microphone/camera failures) are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
- Charges from your bank, payment gateway, or app marketplace (including convenience fees, currency conversion, or taxes) are not controlled by us and may be non-refundable per their policies.
Tip: Please ensure a stable internet connection and compatible device before starting time-bound activities or submissions.
Timeframe & Method
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only; transfers to different accounts are not supported.

Purchases via App Stores
If you made a purchase through the Google Play Store or another app marketplace, their refund rules may apply. In some cases, you may need to request the refund directly through the marketplace. We will assist where possible.
